Pennsport Renovation
We acquired this unique property in South Philly after it was inherited by an out-of-state heir. We moved the kitchen, overhauled the home’s 3 existing bathrooms, and added a wine room, complete with wet bar.
Mt. Airy Row Home
This Mt. Airy row home was located on a beautiful tree lined street but had unfortunately fallen into a state of disrepair. After a major renovation that included pouring a new slab in the garage, all new flooring throughout the home, and a total kitchen makeover, we re-listed and sold this home to first time homebuyers.
West Philadelphia
Although this property was in desperate need of serious TLC, it was already complete with fantastic neighbors. We installed all new mechanicals, a new roof, and solid hardwood flooring.
